Sometimes, life feels heavier than I can bear. Some days, it feels like the weight of the world is pressing down on my shoulders. The thought of even getting out of bed can feel impossible. I long for strength—physical, emotional, and spiritual.
In these moments, I turn to God. I pray for the strength I don’t have, knowing that His strength is perfect even when mine falls short. Psalm 46:1 reminds us: “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
But strength isn’t just about enduring hardship. It’s also about staying focused—holding onto our beliefs, keeping our eyes on God, and following the path He’s set before us. Life is full of distractions and doubts, yet His Word encourages us to stand firm.
Even when I feel weak, I find hope in His promises. Even when I can’t summon the courage on my own, He provides it. Strength doesn’t always come in the form of energy or resolve—it comes in His presence, His guidance, and His unshakable love. This is what I love about God’s strength.
Today, no matter how heavy the load feels, I choose to lean on Him. Because His strength is made perfect in my weakness, and in Him, I can face another day with courage and faith.
Reflection question: Where in your life today do you need God’s strength the most? Take a moment to pray, hand it over to Him, and trust that His power is enough.
Here’s my ask….Don’t wait until you feel completely broken to ask God for strength. Each morning, take a few quiet moments to pray for His guidance, courage, and focus. Let His power fill you, renew you, and carry you through your day.
You got this! 👊🏻
